国内首个区块链+版权保护平台上线

　　中证网讯（记者 徐金忠）日前，上海浦东本土创业企业上海七印信息科技有限公司推出的“原本”原创内容交易和保护平台上线，据悉这是国内首次将区块链技术应用于版权产业。

The “original” content trading and protection platform launched by Shanghai East China Enterprise, Seven Indian Information Technology Ltd., was recently launched by the Chinese Internet (journalist Xu Jin Trung), which is known to be the first application of block chain technology to the copyright industry in the country.

　　版权保护在国内历来是个大问题，由于维权难，诸多原创内容保护问题堪忧。在七印推出的“原本”保护平台上，个人、企业以及机构一旦将原创内容“入驻”平台，“原本”会为它做一个数字“DNA认定”，这个认定包括作者、所有权、发布时间以及内容本身的完整性等。

Copyright protection has traditionally been a major problem in the country, with many original content protection problems arising from the difficulties of defending rights. On the seven-print “original” protection platforms, individuals, businesses and institutions “originally” make a digital “DNA” determination for the original content, which includes authors, ownership, the time of release, and the integrity of the content itself.

　　经过“DNA认定”后的原创内容可以在“原本”平台上选择商业化付费转载或者免费知识共享协议。所有登入平台的内容会在区块链技术基础上进行保护，所有数据不可被篡改，不可被损坏。

The original content, after the DNA determination, can be reproduced on the original platform on a commercial basis or a free-of-charge knowledge-sharing agreement. All entries to the platform are protected on the basis of block chain technology, and all data cannot be tampered with or damaged.

　　上海七印信息科技有限公司CEO吴鹏透露，为完善原创保护生态，目前七印还研发了全网侵权检测工具“鹰眼”和证据固化采集的“磐石”系统，其中“磐石”系统会和公证处合作，固化之后的证据可直接拿到法庭上出证。也就是说，他人在引用作者文章时一旦出现断章取义、偷换概念等行为时，原创作者可以凭借“原本”平台的“DNA认定”和后续一整套维权工具进行维权。

　　实际上，近年来版权保护市场可谓风起云涌，多家企业对版权保护日益重视。同时，凭借原创内容，一些自媒体运营风生水起。对此，吴鹏指出，内容付费是大势所趋，通过内容认定和维权工具，原本希望打造一个内容交易平台，对于优质内容，如果市场上需要有大量的转载和分享，那势必会有大量的人在平台上交易内容，原创作者也就自然而然地获得收益。

　　他还指出，目前市场上对好的内容的鉴别主要依托于PV（流量），这种单一的评价方式给了市场上不少机构以套利空间，刷流量已成为各行业默认的一种获取收益的手段。吴鹏表示，未来，原本会推出更多工具和手段，进一步推动国内付费版权生态的建立。
