由日本金融厅和日本经济新闻共同主办的FIN/SUM 2018科技金融峰会于9月25日至28日在东京举行。
The FIN/SUM 2018 Science and Technology Finance Summit, co-sponsored by the Japan Finance Agency and Japan Economic News, was held in Tokyo from 25 to 28 September.
FIN/SUM 2018是当前日本规模最大，也是亚洲和全球最具影响力的金融科技峰会之一，旨在连接全球新兴金融科技企业，为行业发展创建良好的生态系统。
FIN/SUM 2018 is currently Japan's largest and one of the most influential financial science and technology summits in Asia and the world, aimed at connecting emerging global financial science and technology enterprises and creating sound ecosystems for industry development.
此次峰会邀请了包括，日本银行协会会长、金融厅、国土交通省、专利局官员，SBI控股董事长北尾吉孝、NEC CEO新野隆、LINE Pay株式会社COO長福久弘、原本区块链CEO吴鹏，东京大学、京都大学、早稻田庆应义塾大学等高校的教授，以及来自全球14个国家的顶尖新兴企业家们，共同探讨区块链、支付系统、合规技术、监管技术、保险科技和人工智能等技术的发展。
The Summit included the President of the Japan Banking Association, officials of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Land and Transport, the Patent Office, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SBI, Kiyo Kitae, NEC CEO Noshiro, LINE Pay, COO Long Fukuhiro, the former block chain CEO Wu Peng, professors of high schools such as the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, and the University of Yoe-hyeon of Haya padda, as well as top and emerging entrepreneurs from 14 countries around the world, to explore the development of technologies such as block chains, payment systems, compliance technologies, regulatory techniques, insurance technology and artificial intelligence.
原本区块链CEO吴鹏（Oliver Wu）9月26日下午在峰会现场做项目分享时表示：互联网的发展加速了内容行业的爆发式的增长 ，但也导致了大量假新闻与抄袭等乱象的出现，这使得原创内容和原创者的权益受到严重损害。
