近日,在工业和信息化部、宁夏回族自治区人民政府联合主办的2023中国算力大会上,正式发布《中国存力白皮书(2023年)》(以下简称《白皮书》),阐明了先进存力的定义,梳理了中国数据存力发展现状,并从区域、省际和典型行业层面分析了我国数据存力发展情况。
& Emsp; & & Emsp; recently, at the China Arithmetic Congress 2023, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Informationization and the People's Government of Ningxia, the People's Autonomous Region, the White Paper on China's Strength (2023) (hereinafter " White Paper " ) was officially published, setting out the definition of advanced capacity, collating the current state of development of data in China and analysing the country's data availability at the regional, inter-provincial and industry levels.
随着海量数据的增长,对存储提出了更高的需求,先进存力成为了存力的重要发展方向。先进存力主要是指企业级存储中更加先进的存力,其以“大容量、高性能”为基础,以“先进介质、高效架构”为支撑,以“开放生态、绿色低碳、安全可靠”为关键,可应用于更广泛的关键场景的存储能力。
& As big data grows, there is a higher demand for storage, and advanced capacity is an important development direction for survival. Advanced capacity is mainly more advanced in enterprise-level storage, based on “large capacity, high performance”, supported by “advanced media, efficient architecture” and centred on “open ecology, green low carbon, safe and reliable” storage capacity that can be applied to a wider range of key scenarios.
基础方面,“大容量、高性能”主要是指存储容量的大小以及存储设备每秒的读写次数(IOPS,Input/Output Per Second)。支撑方面,先进介质是指以SSD为代表的半导体介质;高效架构是指以数据为中心的架构,如Diskless等。关键方面,开放生态指存储支持与多云、容器的对接,实现数据共享数据流动,使其可以服务于广泛的关键场景,如分布式数据库、大数据、AI 等新兴应用。绿色能效指硬件高密、数据缩减、多协议数据互通;安全可靠指存储自主安全可信,提供防勒索、国密加密、数据安全流转等更多原生安全能力。
&msp; & Foundation, “large capacity, high performance” refers primarily to the size of storage capacity and the number of readings and writings per second of storage equipment (IOPS, Input/Output Per Second). Supported, advanced media refer to semiconductor media represented by SSD; efficient architecture refers to data-centric architectures, such as Diskless. Key aspects, open ecology refers to storage support for interfacing with clouds, containers, data-sharing data flows that can serve a wide range of key scenes, such as distributed databases, big data, new applications such as AI. Green energy efficiency refers to high hardware, data reduction, multi-agreement data sharing; and secure storage autonomy is credible, providing additional primary safety capabilities such as anti-extortion, national cryptography, and data safe flow.
我国存力总规模显著增长
据中国信通院统计,我国数据存力规模稳步发展,2022年存力总规模较2021年持续增长,增速达到25%,2022年存力总规模(5年计量)已达1000EB。
&msp; According to the Chinese Institute of Information and Communications Technology, the country's data availability has grown steadily, with a total capacity growth rate of 25 per cent in 2022 compared to 2021, and a total capacity of 1,000 EB in 2022 (measured in five years).
但从区域上看,我国区域存力发展不均衡,东部地区存力发展最好,中西部地区受“东数西算”政策推动,存力发展节奏加快;从行业上看,我国金融、电信、政府等行业数字化进程快,相比于其他行业,更加重视数据存储质量,先进存力的覆盖程度更广。
&msp; but regionally, the development of our region is uneven, the eastern region is the best, the central and western region is driven by the “East and West” policy, and the pace of development is accelerating. Industrially, the country's financial, telecommunications, government and other industries are moving rapidly towards digitization, with greater emphasis on the quality of data storage and greater coverage of advanced capacity than other industries.
《白皮书》还指出,当下数据存力发展存在几大趋势:一是闪存技术加速演进,推动全场景闪存化;二是安全可信能力攀升,夯实数据要素安全;三是AI存储走向专业化,数据处理能力卸载至存储成为 AI存储的新方向;四是存储多云生态完善,增强数据共享流动;五是存算分离架构创新,提升数据应用效率;六是软硬节能技术成熟,全闪存、风液冷、高密硬件技术正在大幅降低存储能耗。
&msp; & White Paper also points to several trends in current data-storage developments: first, accelerated evolution of flash storage technology, which promotes a global flash view; second, increased security credibility, which intensifies the security of data elements; third, professionalization of AI storage, where data-processing capacity is offloaded to the new direction of storage by AI; fourth, improved storage of cloudy ecology, which enhances data-sharing flows; fifth, innovation in the architecture of savings separation, which enhances the efficiency of data applications; and sixth, maturity of soft and hard energy-saving technology, which significantly reduces storage energy consumption.
中国数据存力发展建议

存储作为承载数据的载体,是数据产业中至关重要的数据基础设施,已引起社会广泛关注。但是仍然需要看到,数据存储发展仍存在诸多问题:一方面,有限的存储容量无法满足不断增长的数据总量的需求,数据“存不下”的问题日益严重;另一方面,数据存储效率难以满足数据应用的实时性需求,低效率的存储设备无法匹配高要求的存储场景要求。为此,针对我国存力发展,在战略上继续重视数据存储,构建良好的存储行业生态。聚焦先进存储、数据容灾等技术,制定引导我国数据存储产业高速健康发展的战略政策,打造以存储芯片与介质产业、存储硬件与软件产业、存储应用与服务产业为基本内容的上、中、下游产业相互促进、协同发展的产业创新发展生态体系。
&msp; Storage as a carrier of data, which is a vital data infrastructure in the data industry and which has attracted widespread social attention. However, there are still many problems in data storage development: on the one hand, limited storage capacity does not meet the growing demand for data aggregates and the problem of data “repositibility” is growing; on the other hand, data storage efficiency is difficult to meet the real-time demand for data applications and inefficient storage equipment does not match the high-demand storage site requirements.
