遭遇流动性问题 世界第六大比特币矿池Poolin暂停提款

智通财经获悉，世界最大的比特币矿池之一Poolin周一发表声明称，由于遇到流动性问题，已暂停提款、闪电交易和内部转账。

Intelligently informed that Poolin, one of the world's largest bitcoin ponds, had issued a statement on Monday stating that, owing to liquidity problems, withdrawals, lightning transactions and internal transfers had been suspended.

The company stated: “This initiative is in line with our objective of protecting assets, stabilizing liquidity and operating in the bleak encryption market, and we will continue to explore strategic alternatives with the parties.”

Typically, miners tend to draw bitcoin incentives from the pond’s wallet every 24 hours. However, Ethan Vera, chief operator of the mining service, Luxor Technologies, states that some mining companies encourage customers to retain incentives in their wallets for longer periods of time through lending products.

Vera noted that it was also possible for some ponds to lend their assets to maximize profits prior to withdrawal by the customer.

According to btc.com, Poolin is the sixth largest bitcoin pond in the world in arithmetical terms. The company also provides services for the extraction of other tokens, such as the Ethereum Classic.
