华分网跑路：5G网络积分的惊天骗局破灭

　　4月8日上午9时许，灾难突如其来，“华分网关闭，APP无法登陆”。晓雯预感不妙，随即追问官方QQ客服，其回复称，“每次众筹前必须要升级，请耐心等待。”一小时后，她被踢出QQ群，本金石沉大海。

　　在“华分网官方28群”里，和晓雯有同样遭遇的有千人之多。据截图显示，该群有1285人，最多时达1500多人，受害者遍布全国各地。

　　公开报道显示，HUAFEN Ltd（HUAFEN交易中心有限公司）是新加坡CBP Quilvest Wealth Advisory Ltd旗下子公司，专注于新型金融产品交易，客户端名为“华分网”。该交易平台与传统数字货币交易所不同，交易对象为基于 5G 概念的应用积分。此外，华分网还针对中国区推出了恒定1HF=1CNY的稳定积分。

According to public reports, HUAFEN Ltd. (HUAFEN Trading Centre Ltd.) is a Singapore subsidiary of the CBP Quilvest Health Insurance Ltd., which focuses on trading in new financial products, with the client being called the China Subnet. This trading platform, unlike the traditional digital currency exchange, deals with application points based on the 5G concept. In addition, the China Subdirectorate has introduced constant 1HF = 1 CNY for the Chinese region.

　　3月下旬开始，华分网的品牌软文、PR稿、运营公告等开始活跃起来。在一众币圈微信公众号的“加持”下，“粉丝们”捕捉到了这一发财机会，纷纷涌入华分网。

　　晓雯作为2019年刚入场的新韭菜，为了尽快熟悉专业知识和了解行情，她关注了数字货币趋势狂人、币教主等众多币圈微信公众号。她告诉核财经APP，约在3月26日至4月4日的十天时间里，多个微信公众号都在推荐“5G网络积分”与华分网。她加了几个公众号联系人的微信后发现，他们不仅替华分网喊单，还亲自下场捞金。

　　晓雯回忆，3月27日，华分网对名为HC的一个新“积分”进行了众筹，众筹价是0.04HF。4月2日开放交易后，三天内最高涨幅达40倍。

　　4月6日，华分网发布公告称，将于新加坡时间4月8日晚8点对又一新“积分”HD进行众筹。参与条件为，4月6、7两日均要产生交易。

　　为满足众筹条件和储备足够多的HF，华分网投资者在4月6、7两日通过“C2C”商家将手中的法币兑换成了HF，坐等4月8日晚8点“梭哈”HD。小强告诉核财经APP，为参与此次众筹，他搭上了自己的老婆本。

　　在晓雯看来，这一整套骗术与撤离动作不仅相当娴熟，还隔断了投资者间的联系。

　　4月8日下午，晓雯在朋友圈发现了“华分维权群”，但与近千受害人相较，该群仅有一百多名受害者。其中，热心的投资者统计了84人损失金额，共计307.5万元。相形之下，这不过是冰山一角。

　　不良公众号的“拉皮条”生意

　　晓雯认为，这些“微信公众号”有的是助纣为虐者，有的是庄家乃至华分网的实际操盘手。

　　据投资者提供的资料，经核财经APP整理，老白在币圈、区块链散户集结地、新锐资本的币圈说事、币教主等币圈微信公众号不仅参与喊单，还做起了“拉皮条”的生意。

　　可以看出，图中4个微信公众号注册地区均为“湖南省”，且频繁换“马甲”。其中，多位投资者指认，经加“老白”、“会长”等人微信，就“5G网络积分”进行了乐此不疲的洗脑，并怂恿大家“梭哈”。一位不愿具名的投资者称，4月7日，经其透露所谓内幕，怂恿他再次加仓十多万元。而小强则表示，“新锐资本的币圈说事”与“币教主”疑似为一个团队，且微信转账显示名称与平台“C2C”商家邓海楚、黄明等关联性颇大，仅用“巧合”是说不过去的。

　　对此，核财经APP试图联系上述微信公众号，但截至发稿前并没有收到回复。同时，根据投资者提供的上述涉事人联系电话欲求证事件真相，亦未得到回复。

　　在核财经APP采访中，多位投资者认为，币圈不良微信公众号是“帮凶”，害人不浅。其中，有链上币圈、Parker研究院、星源资本、数字货币趋势狂人、大侠区块链研究院、币圈必读、数字频道ONE以及链氪财经等，除此之外，漏网者更多。

　　不过，也有媒体站出来表示，对华分网并不了解。链氪财经工作人员向核财经APP表示，4月1日，根据一位链圈人的商务需求，发了一篇介绍华分网的稿子，仅收300元费用。该稿并无推广链接，亦无推介购买“积分”，不应成为投资者指责的对象。

However, there are also media outlets that say they don’t know anything about China’s network. Serpentane finance workers told the APP that, on April 1, based on the business needs of a chainer, a paper describing China’s network was released at a cost of $300.

　　简易包装下的江湖骗术

　　“一切都是骗人的。”4月14日，核财经APP二度求证时，晓雯泣不成声。她责怪自己，对一篇流传甚广且“满纸荒唐言”的品牌软文竟毫无察觉。

　　4月11日，新加坡《华人头条》致电CBP Quilvest Wealth Advisory Ltd，其工作人员称，对于是否存在HUAFEN Ltd这一子公司，他并不能确认，但会核实该公司是否为其子公司或董事的公司。

　　另外，核财经APP查询域名发现，华分网域名“huafen.tv”注册日期为2019年3月6日，注册商为阿里巴巴云计算（北京）有限公司（Alibaba Cloud Computing （Beijing） Co．， Ltd．）。这与其宣称2017年5月就正式筹备的“HUAFEN项目”相去甚远。
