The Chairman of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) hinted that ETA spot ETF might be finally approved by the end of September. According to reports, SEEC president Gary Gensler expected to announce at the Senate Banking Commission hearing that he would approve ETF listing and trading within three months.

SEC于上月23日初步批准了现货以太坊ETF，批准了八名申请人的19b-4申请。然而，只有在S-1注册文件获得批准后才可以进行交易。

However, the transaction can take place only after the S-1 registration document has been approved.
