“区块链+传销”新模式

传销的套路，相信大家都有所耳闻，即使这些年传销越来越高级隐蔽，其本质即盈利方式还是不变的。

图上这位叫“江恩”的博主，其一万余条微博，大约有一半在宣传狗狗币，给人一种“这个人是狗狗币的虔诚信徒”的感觉，经过消息时间的对比后笔者猜测，这个人很有可能跟“正宇控股”有某种密切的联系，我们至少可以肯定的是，他自己持有了大量低价的狗狗币。

其实币圈有不少利用这种“大V”效应多多少少影响市场使自己盈利的博主，两万多个粉丝的“江恩”，算不上一个“很大”的V，但是这次给出的消息可是实打实的给力。前面提到币圈消息可靠性定理，越唾手可得的消息可靠性越低，但这个传销团队正是漫天散步这种看似是假的实际上是真的的消息，为狗狗币的起飞攒了一波热度，同时有很多警惕的老韭菜不愿意买，拉盘压力也并没有增加多少，可谓真假虚实拿捏得当。

In 2018, the latest court decision was handed down on 2 May 2018 in 141 cases of virtual currency distribution that were searched online by Chinese adjudicators. The number of such criminal cases was increasing year by year, with five court judgements in 2014 and many more since then, reaching 62 in 2017.
经统计，141起虚拟货币传销案共涉MBI、M3币、暗黑币、亚洲币、恒星币、金缘购物联盟电子币、长江国际虚拟币、奇乐吧、微视传媒电子币、分红点币、虚拟金币、HGC、COA、LFG等等。根据裁判文书披露的数字，这些案件涉案总额至少达到10060846440元，平均每种“虚拟货币”背后的传销组织非法敛财约1.547亿元人民币。
