When you finish a famous book, you must have a lot of things to share, which you need to write and read. Don't think it's easy to deal with after reading.
It explains why the poor are poor and why the rich are rich by saying that poor dads and rich dads have different ideas about money and different ways of life. Everyone should read it, especially young people, and look into the secrets of rich people’s wealth. Don’t be blind to money, try to improve their own businesses, develop new ideas about money and how to earn money for themselves, change their way of life, and change their destiny.
Robert Qingzaki's father, who has a high education and a good job, is a poor father (or only a middle class). The poor father's life trajectory is that he works hard to read, get a high degree, get a good job, have a steady income, live a stable life. He buys a house, buys a car, he spends his life with a loan. Robert's friend's father is a rich dad, he doesn't finish his secondary school. But he's got a good money dealer who knows how to make money for himself, runs a company, invests in his own assets, tries to create wealth, makes millions ofaires.
Poor dads work hard for company bosses. Rich dads create wealth for them. Poor dads build wealth on company bosses'wages. Rich dads build wealth for them. So different ways of living, different ways of living, and different ways of living. If you choose the path of life for poor dads, you'll always be a wage-earner, that is, you'll always be a poor person.
Of course, in real life, it is not possible for everyone to run a company, invest, make a fortune and become a rich father, because the economic structure of society cannot make everyone a rich father. To be a boss, it is impossible to be a boss. The boss can only be a few, and most people have to be employed. It is a matter of economic order. But at least you have to understand how the rich are rich. If you are a poor father, should you learn a little bit about money, raise your own money, invest in it, make money, and don't be blind forever.
The book is like a fragrance of flowers, which I smell every moment, and its fragrance is like perfume, perhaps it is. Whenever I touch it again and again, I see it in the ocean. Spring, summer, autumn, winter, four seasons, round and round and round and round. There are more than a dozen springs and autumns in my eyes, and I have come to grips with the book, and I have seen many moving stories in it.
The story of Rich Fathers and Poor Fathers is that a rich man and a poor man, together, come to the chaplain to talk about their worries.
The rich say he spends his entire life trying to hire the best teacher in the world for his son to go to school at home. He wants his son to take over the business and take over the family business. But 20 years later, his son cannot face the real world and dare not even walk out of his room, let alone take over the family business.
The poor said that his family depended on fishing for a living because of poverty, and that he had no money to send his son to school. So, when he was fishing every day, he put his son in the cabin and wanted to rest for a few years while he was young, until he was old enough to give the boat to his son. Twenty years later, however, his son would not spread the net, and he felt that poverty had prevented his son from being educated.
The children of the rich are unhappy and afraid to go out to exercise because they have not made any friends. The sons of the poor are not caught by the nets. If the rich and poor have been trained and trained for their sons since they were young, that is certainly not the case. The children of the rich will take over the vast family business, and the children of the poor will become a skilled fisherman.
Every book will tell a deep story, and it becomes a partner in my life. It is the beginning of life, it is the light of life, it is a flower that never fades, it is the essence of literature.
The book " Rich Fathers and Poor Fathers " had read it before, and had been read by others, and had a deep memory, while a book had a different meaning at different times, a classic must have been different from one reading at a time, and more deeply understood, and the book currently read only at the beginning.
There's a classic saying in the first few dozen pages that moves me: people's lives are always controlled by these two feelings: fear and greed. The rich dad explains this: "Most people want a wage, because they all have fear and greed. At first, fear without money makes them work hard, and when they get paid, greed or desire makes them want to have all the good things they can buy with money. So there's a pattern. Get up, pay, get up, get up, get back to work, get back to work, get back to work, get back to pay."
It is true that a society of lust has led some people to forget their hearts and their ways. Many people in the workplace, even after a master's degree in higher education and doctor's work, were satisfied with having a bicycle, later with a bike, later with a motorcycle, then later with a motorcycle, and then with a car. It's supposed to be a car. Then having a car is not the end, but rather a good car, a luxury car.
So a lot of people say, "Even if you can't afford a family for 30,000 dollars a month," it's a little exaggeration, but it's because people's desires are endless, people's fears of moneylessness are endless, and the more people at the higher consumption level want, the more insecure they are about money. Rich dad says, "Don't work for money, the more money for me." But so far, when someone can't find a way to work for me, they can find the pleasure and meaning of a job. When a job becomes fun, it's not a job, it's a job, it's a job, it's a job, it's a job, it's a job.
Everyone has their own dad, but sorting poor dads and rich dads alone seems a little simplified: we have no choice but to have poor dads or rich dads. But if you had a choice, do you want poor dads or rich dads?
This is a topical topic of concern in society today, because it relates to all aspects of family teaching that have a human face. Isn't there a very popular book on the market called "Fathers of the Poor "? So, even if this assumption is not valid, we can see a lot of other than books in our choices.
I think that most people would choose rich dads, because, with rich dads, not only can they be well fed, but sometimes they can be extravagant. Isn't that a true word? Money is not all-powerful, but no money is all-powerful? Rich dads would be able to eat mountain and sea, get five-star restaurants, summer air conditioners, winter bathhouses, school leave cars, and a day's allowance would cover a week's living for ordinary kids. In fact, it would be bad, though it would make our lives more comfortable, but didn't Monko say that?
But, if I choose, I will choose poor dads. Though poor fathers have little money, can't buy 3,000 feet of precious mountain sea smell, can't get into service-weekly, fancy restaurants, and can't eat enough, can't get warm, can't sleep well, can't help with domestic chores; but, you know, these hard lives can subdue our will, inspire our struggles, make us understand that poverty is not natural, and if we fight, life will be better.
So, of course, if I had a choice, I'd still have a poor dad. Students, would you like a poor dad or a rich dad?
“Try to learn, get good grades, and you can find jobs that are well paid and with many other benefits.” Our parents are always so tired of teaching us. In their eyes, poverty is the worst thing, so they expect us to work hard to learn, get good grades, get better jobs, and earn more money. Of course, it's better to get a master's degree. It's logical to think about why those highly educated workers with stable incomes are mostly middle-class rather than rich people in society.
I. Working for money.
Second, money works for me.
There are two things that people usually do in life, and some take every opportunity offered by life while life turns to him, while others follow the rules of life and do not fight for it. They complain about the unfairness of life and the low pay for work. They pursue a stable and stable life. There are many friends around us who want to live in peace and in peace. But the fact is that life is given up. The fear of money starts from the bottom of our hearts as it does not win, so stability is chosen. It is not a real life, but, in my view, a hard one. Real learning requires energy, passion, and passion. Of course, anger is an important part of it: getting up, paying for work, getting up again, working again, paying again, paying again.
Each of us has a great potential, but the problem is that there is some sort of self-skepticism that prevents us from moving forward, which is rarely due to a lack of technology, knowledge, and more than self-confidence. As we approach the university gate, most of us realize that university diplomas alone are far from enough. In the real world out of school, there are many things that are more important than scores, and I often hear what people call strength, sophistication, persistence, and so on, which in any case is more fundamental to our future than scores.
Among my classmates around me, I realize that excessive fear and self-skepticism are the greatest factors that waste our talents. It is sad to see that many of them know what to do, but lack the courage to do it. Schools, by looking for a perfect education system, teach us skills and eventually develop us into engineers, cooks, writers.............................................................................................................................................................................................................................
In real life, we should learn how to invest rather than save money; we should learn to go beyond others with courage and money. Don't pay for our own vanity. It seems undesirable for me to take a mortgage for a house to become a house early in the day. Maybe the real rich will buy assets and add value to their operations, instead of buying themselves as a liability like the middle class.
It's not scary to be poor. It's terrible to be disillusioned.
The ambition here is not one of the family's many reminders: “Try to learn, get good grades, find high-quality jobs with many other benefits.” The author has repeatedly stressed that this is a backward idea that puts people in a “rat race” cycle.
In this book, the author uses his own personal experience to describe the different perspectives and perceptions of the rich and the poor about money and wealth, to provide a detailed comparative analysis of how the rich and the poor educate their children, and to convey a different understanding of learning, work and money than we normally do.
That's what we're learning at school? That's what we're thinking, and we're eager to know. That's what we're thinking about. That's what rich dads say. "Try to learn to find and buy good companies." And he says, "Try to learn to find and buy good companies," and he encourages learning to make good jobs and make them work for us. We've learned for over a decade from primary school to college, but we've learned things that nobody can tell, much knowledge, much skills, and, most importantly, we've improved our comprehensive quality. We're learning at school, not only to focus on the improvement of our intellectual skills, but, more importantly, to develop a good way of thinking and a good way of doing good things, and he's trying to learn to get good companies to work." And poor dads stress the knowledge and skills to work. Some people say that attitudes determine everything, but some of them affect you, but one of them, and one of the two things that I can tell you, and one of which I can tell you how you can be rich, and why I am able to say it."
And the rich dad said, "Life pushes every one of us, and some give up fighting, and if you're one of those unstinting people, you will give up every push of life to you. Then your life will be steady, do nothing wrong, be ready to save yourself when something never happens, and die in boredom. You'll have many friends like you who want to be stable and be sure of everything. But the truth is, you give in to life, you don't take risks, you really want to win, but you lose the fear of success more than the excitement of success, and the truth is that from inside you, you always think you're impossible, so you choose stability."
The rapid pace of modern life is bound to be impossible for us to live in peace, with those who run behind them all their lives, and those who plan their lives ahead of them, in order to create the ideal life. The idea is to think, to think, to think, to invest and to create wealth, to change traditional attitudes, to learn to invest in money, and to make their lives better.
Poor dads work for the government, although they are well paid, while rich dads do well. Undeniably, rich dads and poor dads in the book are smart and capable, but their perceptions of money, jobs, occupations, careers are very different, and ultimately determine a lifetime of financial problems, while others leave tens of millions of dollars behind.
The book gives me a profound idea: the poor work for money, the rich let money work for themselves. Finding out that their previous ideas have been to learn how to be a good employee, how to work for money, rather than a successful employer, and how to work for me. Reading it really makes me rich, first of all, to get a new sense of money, to get a new attitude to money, and we want money to work for us, not for money. If we fight for money, then we end up as slaves of money.
People are always saying, "Don't work for money." But, in fact, we don't seem to be able to resist working for money. When you change jobs, you're told to take a comprehensive look, but pay is always the biggest weight. Will you work for free? Not even with less? But it is because we focus all our attention on wages, but we ignore the fact that there are many opportunities for wealth in the world, and that there are many more ways to earn than the boss pays you.
Friends have emphasized to me “financial freedom” of wealth from the beginning, but I never know what wealth is. How much money is financial freedom? In this case, the rich dads and poor dads say that your wealth is not how much you earn, but the money you earn less your expenses, is the wealth you end up earning. So, the 10,000 people who spend 9,000 a month are actually not rich, and the 5,000 people who spend 2,000 a month are not rich.
It sounds very tempting, it's a basic financial knowledge. Many of us have never learned accounting. Accounting may be the world's most boring discipline, or perhaps the most incomprehensible one. If you want to be rich in the long run, it may be the most important one. Fortunately, Rich Dads and Poor Dads explain the concept of financial management in the simplest language.
First of all, you have to understand the difference between assets and liabilities: assets are what can put money in your pocket. Debt is what takes money out of your pocket. “The rich buy the assets; the poor buy the money; the poor buy the liabilities that they think are assets.” Today, I still challenge the notion that the house is an asset. I know for many that the house is their dream and the biggest investment, and that it has its own house better than nothing, but we know that it is not an asset, and it is a liability because it drives money out of our pockets. In short, the decision to own a very expensive house, rather than start investing in securities early will have an impact on a person’s financial life in three ways:
1. Loss of opportunity to add value with other assets.
2. The capital that could have been invested will be used to meet the high and long-term costs of the house.
3. Loss of access to education. People often include their houses, savings and pension schemes in their assets projects. They do not invest because they have no money to invest, which prevents them from gaining investment experience and will never be recognized as “mature investors” by the investment community.
The difference between the poor and the rich is that the poor always think that they can't be rich. To be rich, they have to learn to think with the rich.
A few months later, I finally finished reading "Fathers of the Poor, Rich Fathers" and it struck my way of thinking deeply. My father and the poor dad, as a child, were taught to study well, to study well, to do good grades, to do so in class, and so on. So since the first year of primary school, my goal is to study well, and I have to do good grades at every test, to talk about it, to talk about it, to say little about taking time to think about wealth, to go to college, to think about money, and now to look back and find that I've never had a good idea of what to do from the time I went to college, that is cash, and that there's always little copper left at the end of the term. Learning about money is still necessary for each of us.
Today’s society, where the gap between rich and poor is growing, is of the greatest concern to all. A book by American investors, writer Robert T. Qingzaki, and American entrepreneur and registered accountant Sharon L. Lecht, examines the rich as rich and the poor as their own, and presents a completely new concept of “profits” and challenges traditional school education.
The rich and poor dads in the book are smart people, but the two people have very different views of money, finance, occupation, and career, and ultimately determine a lifetime of financial problems, while the other leaves behind tens of millions of dollars of property. But the greatest feature of the book is that it is a familiar pattern of “reading a good book, learning a good job, getting a good salary, living a stable life.” Robert, the author, thinks that there is a lack of money, because once he goes on this path, he falls into a circle of “earning money, buying a house, buying a car, getting a raise, buying more better goods, and paying more debts.” So the author takes a Robert, who has two dads, a poor dad, and a famous college, who works in a well-known business, telling his children to work for a business; and another rich dad tells him that he has his own business, which he says is an outdated set of “trying to learn, finding a good job”.
I think the book is a great shock to China’s traditional way of thinking and education. From now on, China’s parents are still looking at problems in the traditional way of thinking, and society is still popular, with no one’s mind. I think more than 90% of Chinese parents’ Chinese families are trying to educate every student as a student to find a standard answer, and it’s a sad phenomenon that every person in society is looking for an answer, much less a fixed model.
So there's a question about the book: if you look at the success of life with your previous thinking and educational perspective, many people won't succeed. If he still wants to succeed through his previous thinking, he may be confused, but if he changes his thinking to positive thinking and positive action, he can change his life. And there's another concept of success here. What's a success?
This book is one of the best books I've ever read. I think the most important thing about a good book is to give people conceptual inspiration, to inspire imagination and analysis, and to give readers a lot of space in terms of vision and thinking. Indeed, it is not a specific investment guide, but it does serve as a lighthouse in the dark, indicating a value that is not known to most people.
The rich dad said to Robert, "If you can't make up your mind, you'll never learn how to make money. You know, opportunities are always instantaneous, and to succeed, decisions must be made quickly." So to make a quick decision, to seize the opportunity to make money in life, not to look ahead, to hesitate.
As Robert grew up, he became aware that the rich were getting richer, the poor were getting poorer, and that one of the main reasons why the middle class was always struggling in debt quagmires was that their perception of money came not from school but from it.
Parents' perceptions of money can spread their children's ears, so that when they grow up, they “do the same thing” and if they do not deliberately learn about financial knowledge, there is a vicious circle.
One's ideas have a huge impact on one's life. When you have to buy something, don't say, "I can't afford it," ask, "How can I afford it?" To start your own brain. Like rich dad says to Robert, "The more you use your head, the more you live, the more you earn." It's a kind of mental laziness to say, "I can't afford it."
Long-term mental laziness paralyses a person's nerves and ultimately becomes unaffordable.
Money is a power, but what is more powerful is the education of money management. Money comes and goes, but if you know how it works, you have the power to manage it and start accumulating wealth. The reason why you think about it is that the vast majority of people who go to school have no real rules of operation, so they work for money for life.
The poor and the middle class work for money, and the rich allow money to work for them.
The poor and the middle class make money more powerful. They get up and work without asking themselves what it means; they work for money every day, but they don't really know money. So most people let money control them and fight them.
The simple ways in which we can manage money in real life are as follows:
First of all, identify the difference between assets and liabilities, open source flow. Once you understand the difference, you will try to buy only income-generating assets, which is the best way for you to get rich. Keep doing this, your assets will grow. At the same time, care will be taken to reduce your liabilities and expenses, which will give you more money to invest in assets.
2. Do what you think is right - because you are always criticized whatever you do. If you do, you will be blamed, and if you do not, you will be blamed. Then be bold enough to do what you think is right, so that it is easier to succeed.
Don't carry too much debt. You have to keep your own spending low. First increase your own assets, then buy a large house or a good car with the cash flow generated by your own assets.
When you have a shortage of money, put pressure on the outside, instead of using your savings or investment, to use it to stimulate your financial talent, to come up with new ways to earn more money and then pay the bills. Doing so would improve not only the ability to make money, but also the ability to raise money.
The most important thing is to invest in ourselves. Our only, most important asset is our own mind. Investing in myself is, in a sense, the best money.
I was impressed by one of the words in the book, Robert Kiyaki, who said, “The vast majority of the world's people struggled for life but could not pay because they never really learn about money in school, so they only know how to work for money, but never how to make money work for themselves”.
When the author read the book, it was written that there were two fathers, one poor father of his own and the other friend of his own, the father of the rich. The two fathers had conflicting ideas and had their own ways of doing things and ideas. They educated authors with very different ideas and methods. They had their own unique values and monetary views. In the book, the two fathers treated things in a positive way, a “negative” or a lack of ambition. Kiyaki had just begun to follow the path of life designed for him by poor dads: to go to college and then to join the army until the end of the war, and to walk through the early days of his normal life. But later, Kiyaki witnessed poor dads who worked his whole life lost their jobs, but rich dads became rich people in Hawaii.
After reading the book, it reminds me of what my parents used to say: that we can only find a good job and a better salary if we read well. In the eyes of parents, it seems that we can only get out of poverty if we read well. But the reality is that those with a high degree of education are not mixed up well in society, or they look forward to it. There may be two kinds of attitudes in society: one that works for money and one that works for me, as it says in the book. It is also indirect that there are two kinds of people, one that are parched by life, one that chooses to live in peace and security. One that is able to take advantage of opportunities in life and win success.
Rich dads used to say, "The rich can't work for money." Yeah, rich people never see money as important. Maybe it's a currency in their eyes, but it's evidence to exchange goods. But not many people can become owners, and we may not be rich dads, but we can learn the ideas of rich dads, let money feed us, let money work for us.
How to manage money, I think one needs to have a good idea of consumption and not be greedy about money. Learn how to control his own appetite for consumption. Although the book does not really teach us how to manage money, it changes our thinking about money. At least, we can be warned not to become slaves of money. I seem to know what it is like to work for people who are poor. We all suffer in our lives because of rice and salt, house prices and car loans. In the midst of adversity, we have chosen to accept silently, not to break the dilemma and to choose “sustain”.
Finally, the book tells the truth about how to be human. Born in this age of opportunity, how to be human is too important. It's up to your people, your mind, your behavior. Let's sum up: let's be the best of ourselves!
From an economic perspective, the formal school education system lacks financial education, so many people spend their lives like poor fathers, working hard, and always paying their bills. On more points, such as social awareness, interpersonal interaction, etc., what school education lacks is more numerous. In years of education, we have read another textbook, but we still cannot understand the meaning of reading, and we have solved countless difficult maths, physics questions, and forget how we think.
Over the course of a year of work, the following points have been shared with you as I feel the most beneficial.
"Strange" One, "Stucking" makes me stronger.
When I did not leave the school, I was told that I had no idea of what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do, what to remember, what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do, what to do. After working, I tried to do a lot of things, how to write a diary, read a book, how to write, how to work, how to work, and so on, when I wrote a week-long diary, how to read a few books, how to eat a week-long healthy meal, how to live, how to live, how to live, what to eat, what to do, what to do, what to keep my skin, how to remember, how to keep my life, how to live, and what to do, what to keep on, what to look, how to look, what to look, what to look, what to look, what to eat, what to eat, what to look, what to look, what to look, what to look, what to look, what to look, what to be.
Two, thinking is a shortcut to life
When we go to school, teachers often say a lot more thoughts and sum up, and indeed we are doing it. One mathematical question, we can solve it differently, but you know that when I leave school, there are far more deadly questions for you than there is in mathematics. If I get more pay, how I can work with my parents and friends around us, how we can get a higher quality of life, we don't get a better offer when we go to school, and I don't get a better off the point of last month's evaluation, just because I think a little bit more about it, and when I think about leaving school and thinking about it, there's no difference.
But in fact, the problem in life needs your wisdom everywhere. There may be a lot of ways to get yourself on a better path, but there must be a shortcut to thinking. If one doesn't think, there's no difference between a cold machine and a cold machine.
III. Reading to harvest dry goods, getting emotional experience
It seems that the world is always about reading, that people can never read, that there is something to read, that only those who read can understand. In the end of their lives, everyone faces choices, and we can't try every way. But in a book I can feel a way of going through a life. Life may be small, but reading can be endless. Education, economy, photography, literature, all you want to know, you can learn. The world is like a giant who holds his hand in the universe, and I know that I can pay for a burger, and I can't learn all the time that I can think about it. In a book called Self-control, I get a full line of dry stuff. In a book, I can't think about it, I can understand it, I can't believe it, I can't understand it, I can't understand it, I can't understand it.
Everyone needs to talk, and talk is free of pressure, to promote emotion, and to make life easier. But the person who chooses to talk, and the person who talks, needs to be cautious. When society becomes more aware of one thing, much of what is not learned in school goes through a lot of curves. In the first month of work, you may think that you have sold someone without thinking about it. This is my own case, which I began to talk to my colleagues about. Even if you had confidence, you had told your colleagues that the end would be like this. For the person you spoke about, she also had a responsibility to keep a secret.
In the back: unlike a regular school, every single thing in this school is like a teacher; no one presses you to carry a lot of texts, and no test will tell you how much you get for this test, but its ranking is even more competitive and cruel. Every time you face helplessness and helplessness in life, every emotion is written in the diary, and all emotions are swept away by Nike’s classic ad, “JUSTDOIT.” Go ahead, the social school that you can’t learn in a regular school will teach you, and society will need the same perseverance and perseverance in the school.
Speaking of the book "Fathers of the Poor ", which should have been read several times earlier, it was missed again and again for a variety of reasons until I was recently listed as a book of mandatory investment, but it was a perfect reading, and the best-selling book was a best-selling book, which was very attractive, especially for people like me who were “suffering and hurt” in the field of investment, but in the economic environment, most people, whether they were professionals or amateurs, had a hard day, so it seemed like they were doing a good job.
Convinced by the author's financial and business thinking, he also lamented the fact that he had met his “rich father” when he was a young man, and that the teaching of London, a successful and intelligent entrepreneur, had enabled him to see the rules of business from an early age, to lay a good foundation in his life, and to compare him with the thinking of his biological father, the “poor father”.
The first half of the book reflects the wisdom of rich dads as entrepreneurs, exercises young Roberts, and keeps them immersed in a business environment from an early age, subject to financial thinking that the school has never learned. The opposite is true of financial thinking and our traditional education, which educates people less or less risk-taking, does not make mistakes, tries to score high scores in the examinations, while the business environment in society is cruel, does not take the corresponding risks, does not try to make mistakes, and is far away from realizing its own value.
The author’s rich father often educates him, unlike the ordinary man’s mind, that ordinary people pay their expenses first when they have a pen income, that is, when they pay others first, while the rich pay themselves first, for example, by purchasing assets that add value to themselves, and by adding value to the positive accumulation of wealth. The ordinary man first meets his own consumption, squanders the surplus of assets that he had invested in, keeps himself in a vicious circle, envious of other people’s financial freedom, while he often laments his own fate.
The book’s constant emphasis on moving toward financial prosperity begins with a certain understanding of the liquidity of money – a pattern of money movement – and does not go so badly if you know the rules of money, you know common sense, and you act strictly according to your own strategy. After long training and practice in financial thinking, many people want to play big votes at first, often at the bottom of the day, grieving.
We see the author's success in the field of investment, as if he had been successful in the subject matter of his investment, which is the result of his long-term exercise, not only of his investment skills, but also of his own initiative to invest in himself, to keep himself learning what is useful to him, and to find more investment opportunities for him through the accumulation of that knowledge.
The central idea of the book is that when he understands the liquidity of money, he knows that the constant purchase of income-generating positive assets, such as stocks, properties, funds, keeps his assets on track, that his liabilities are small and that he keeps buying the assets in the right direction, even in difficult economic circumstances, and then finds a way to think about paying for other expenses, forcing him to find other ways to solve the problem of spending.
It's like people on the battlefield don't have to study the minimum information that is good for the battlefield. Most of the time, they want to be rich quickly. Everyone wants to be rich quickly, and those who really are rich are the few, which is the basic rule.
It is everyone who spends a certain amount of time or even a lifetime learning, because there is no harm in learning. It is the money dealer who knows the business opportunities, who knows the rules, who discovers the business opportunities, who, after reading them, seizes them in the right way and holds them, and who sees them grow and grow, and who has a high probability of success.
With the progress of the times, the economy has grown rapidly, and the desire for money has grown. I have seen a lot of people rushing for money, some even abandoning their moral and personality for money.
To survive, to live, to work hard and to earn money, it is hard to earn. People usually work hard and hard, but don't stop to think about why they are beset by money.
As a financial student, I am ashamed to be unprofessional, and it is nearing graduation that I am interested in it. It took two days to read Robert.
In the book, Robert had two dads, one of his good friends Mike's dad and the other his dad. In the book, Robert's dad was called a rich dad, while his own dad was a poor dad. In fact, both dads had a very successful career and worked hard their whole lives, and both had a very rich income. But one spent his whole life struggling in a swamp with personal financial problems, and the other was one of the richest people in Hawaii.
Poor dads are well educated, brilliant, and have doctoral Halo. And rich dads haven't finished their eighth grade. Both dads believed in the power of education, but advised Robert against each other, which led him to contrasts and choices that determined his life. With rich dad's education, he and Mike had a wealth of financial knowledge and management skills that were not troubled by financial problems, they had their own financial freedom and became “rich people”.
Most people want a wage, because of fear and greed. First, fear with no money stimulates us to work hard, and when we get paid, greed or desire starts to remind us of what money can buy. So there is an endless pattern of rush.
We want money to eliminate fear, but we still can't get rid of fear, work and earn money. Money dominates life and controls emotions and souls.
People always work for desire, but eventually for money. They think that money can buy happiness, and the fun it can buy is often short-lived, so they will need more money soon to buy more happiness, more joy, more comfort and more security. So they work constantly to think that money calms their souls that are afflicted by fear and desire, but that money does not actually satisfy their desires.
The rich dad told Robert and Mike, "The main causes of poverty and financial problems are fear and ignorance, not the economic environment, government, or the rich. Fear and ignorance make it hard for people to find themselves, so you should go to school and go to college, and I'll teach you how not to fall into a trap."
He taught Robert and Mike what they couldn't learn at school, so they learned to control money, not to be afraid of it. Make them masters of money, not slaves.
Rich dads also explained to Robert that life is actually a struggle between ignorance and illusion. Once a person stops looking for knowledge and information, he becomes ignorant. Therefore, people need to constantly fight themselves and open their hearts through learning.
In the long run, what matters is not how much you earn, but how much you can keep and how long you stay.
When Robert was nine years old, he and Mike wanted to be rich, so they could start learning to earn money with rich dads, start working three hours a week in a rich dad's shop for 10 cents an hour, which was a relatively small wage at the time. When Robert thought he was underpaid, he had a conversation with rich dad when he wanted to give up, this time he and Mike worked for free, and finally he and Mike both agreed to work for free, and managed to resist the temptation.
And the rich dad tells them, “Life is the best teacher, and most of the time life is nothing to you, and it just pushes you around, and every push is like saying, ‘Hey, wake up, there are things I want you to learn’, and if you understand the lesson, you'll be out of your way. But even if you don’t learn, life will push you around. So life is usually two things. Some people, while they push him around, take every opportunity that they give up, and others just leave life at their disposal, and don’t fight it. They hate the unfairness of life, they hate the boss, they hate the work, they hate the family, and they don’t know that life gives them the chance to be stable, but if you are one of them, you'll give up every push to life. In this case, your life will be stable, when you do nothing wrong, you'll be ready to take advantage of it, and you'll lose the fear of it, and you will have no chance of it.”
There is no doubt that the knowledge taught to Robert by the rich father is the most valuable asset, and the following points can be summarized as worthy of our study:
The joy that money can buy is temporary, so don't let greed and desire blind your eyes. Long-term happiness and security are acquired by your own smart brain.
Be good at thinking.
Overcoming fear and ignorance requires continuous learning and the search for knowledge and information.
The opportunity to struggle with life is to be seized, not to be at the mercy of others.
Jump out of comfort zone, dare to take risks.
Be a strong man.
What's a real asset? Is the house the biggest asset?
Poor dads think the house is the biggest investment and asset, while rich dads believe the house is a liability, and if your house is your biggest investment, you're in trouble. Poor dads say I'm not rich because I have children and rich dads say I have to be rich because I have children.
People's lives are always controlled by these two feelings, fear and greed. "Get up to work, pay, get up and go to work. Pay again...their lives will always be controlled by these two feelings, fear and greed, giving them more money, and they will repeat this cycle with higher spending, which is what I call "rat race."
Many people complain that we have far more money than we do, that we have less money, that we are looking for higher-paying jobs, and that their expenses will increase, that they will work, pay bills, work, pay bills, and go back and forth.
What is illiteracy in the twenty-first century? Is it someone who can't write? It's those who don't read anymore, don't read anymore, don't learn, don't think. The real rich people are really illiterate.
For example, McDonald’s, the founder is long gone, but his brand and shop are all over the world. Twenty years later, the power of imagination, the power of millions of people under the age of 30 in the information age and the Internet, using their imagination to create applications to change the world, from Facebook to Uber, snapchat, and so on, they have become rich, imaginative people are steaming, and those who lack imagination are still looking for jobs that could soon be replaced by robots and technologies.
It gives me the impression that jobs and future career development can be created through human imagination, creating an individualized opportunity, meaning that future jobs and careers can be created by their own imagination, solving problems in people's realities, having nothing to do with them, having only unexpected ideas.
It's often said that children's reading is simple, they're reading stories, they're all reading stories. Why do you have to come here to pay for a story?
The book conveys the idea of money and investment to you in the form of a story, which is more profound and understandable. The story is written by the author himself, his father being a “poor father”, the father of a friend being a “rich father”, and the two fathers, two different ideas of wealth. In the process of growing up, the author chooses the notion of “rich father” in the struggle for both ideas, and then succeeds in making it rich.
The book is novel and open to thinking, and the book deserves to be read a few more times. I see a lot of criticism on the Internet, and I don't think it is necessary, after all, because it is written by Americans, with different national circumstances, and with different times.
The books we are reading are all done by the authors in the past, and we can only draw some nutrition from historical experience.
To read, it is to learn other people’s ways of thinking, not to copy them, and many people follow this book in search of a path to freedom of wealth, but to lose a lot. The changes in thinking are important, the actions are important, but they also need to be coupled with their own reality, and they need to be steady. Think about what to do if they want to be rich.
There's one more thing I think I'm impressed by: "Let money be your employee, keep working for us, get more and more assets!"
The book also makes a distinction between the concept of assets and liabilities, which are what can be put in your pocket and what is taken out of your pocket.
It is the assets that allow you to generate cash inflows and the liabilities that flow out, even if the properties do not have sufficient scope for appreciation and cannot be traded, or do not generate cash inflows that are higher than the loans.
Real assets include:
①不需要我到场就可以正常运作的业务;
I don't need my presence to be able to function properly.
②股票,基金;
2 equities, funds;
③能产生收入的房地产;
3 Real estate that generates income;
④可靠的票据;
4 Reliable instruments;
⑤专利权,版权;
5 patents, copyrights;
6. Any other valuable thing that generates income or adds value while the market circulates well.
In the long run, it does not matter how much you earn, but how much you can keep, and how long. For our recently graduated adults, keeping spending at a low level, reducing borrowing and working hard, will help us build a solid foundation. Then spending some of the money we hold on to money, and time as friends, expanding the benefits and waiting for the effectiveness of time.
Most people yearn for wealth, but wealth is not everything, and there is a need for healthy bodies and more free time to truly enjoy life, and what is the point of knowing each day that they are suffering, neglecting family members between busy and busy, and having no time for leisure, even if they are rich?
Robert T. Kiyzaki, the author of the rich father's poor father, thought that you would be truly rich only if you were completely free from labor and could still sustain your life, and then, for the majority of people who worked for a stable income, that would not be possible, so what would be true financial freedom?
The rich and poor father is a very well-selled and “unlike” book, which has had a strong impact on traditional Chinese values, monetary values and life stances.
According to the author, the right monetary outlook should be developed from childhood, and parents cannot rely on the existing school education system to raise their children’s “money-maker” hopes. The book also reveals the secret of the rich’s wealth, confirming the primary notion of financial freedom with their own personal experience. In terms of financial freedom, the poor, the middle class and the rich are very different: the poor and the middle class allow themselves to work for money, and the rich allow them to work for themselves. On this basis, the author further clarifies the definition and relationship between assets and liabilities.
In terms of how to deal with the relationship between indebtedness and assets, the author Qingzaki explained the financial skills and knowledge that everyone should know when faced with the rules of the money game and advocated for a stable “cash flow” to protect our lives. “Cash Flows” as the “old” rules of the modern world, why can't so many modern people be left to deal with it? The author argues that it is mainly because people are still stuck with the traditional paradigm of thinking and cannot escape from the traditional idea of money. Read the art of Rich Dads and Poor Dads.
Everyone in the world of work aspires to promotion and salary increases, but does promotion and salary increases really satisfy our real aspirations? The answer is not encouraging. If the company fails to meet your promotion and salary requirements, you may well consider jumping to “marry” a company that meets its own aspirations.
With the book "Friendly Fathers and Poor Fathers" sold globally, many people experience an unprecedented level of money management. Reading it will have an impact on your life, at least in terms of money management or work attitude.
Poor dads and rich dads write about poor people and rich people's differences in thinking about money, expensive things, and learning. Let's just say the difference between assets and liabilities.
First, assets are what can put money in your pocket; liabilities are what takes money out of your pocket.
Secondly, money is not a real asset. Our only and most important asset is our mind.
Third, real assets can be divided into the following categories: a. Business that can function normally without my presence. I own them, but they are run and managed by others. If I have to work there, it is not my career but my occupation; b. stocks; c. bonds; d. mutual funds; e. real estate that generates revenues; f. notes (debited); g. patents; e., music, manuscripts, patents; h. anything that is valuable, generates income or is likely to add value, and has a good circulation market.
Fourthly, intelligent investors tend to buy a less popular investment, knowing that profits are earned at the time of purchase rather than at the time of sale.
Awareness points: First, it is imperative to create a systematic enterprise that will not be free of wealth; the transition from an individual to an entrepreneur is a transition from money to freedom of wealth, and it is difficult, but it has to change, because money and freedom of wealth are very different!
Sensitization point two: Projects that generate value added and have a market in circulation: Knowing that the requirements of this mobile market will allow us to avoid many pitfalls, many of which are promoted under the guise of value added, such as equity investments, air coins in currency circles, new three-board equity, etc., are identified as pits and must not jump in.
Recognise #3: A good project must have entered at a less popular time, and once it's accepted, it's become a pickle, you can refer to the penetration rate, the penetration rate is a big one when it's below 5%, the penetration rate is 10-20% is a good opportunity, the penetration rate is over 50%, it's the fate of the pickle!
"I have two dads, one poor, and one rich. Poor dads are well educated and have a doctor's halo; instead, rich dads are not even in eighth grade. Two hard-working dads, with a very successful career and a very rich income, are one of the richest people in Hawaii, one of whom spent his life in a swamp with financial problems, struggling with some bills to pay, while another dad left tens of millions of dollars in legacy to churches, charities and his family."
What makes their lives different? I think it's thinking. There is a great difference between the two, in terms of education, money, and, here, the view of the poor and the rich. While poor fathers and rich fathers value education, it is different in terms of education. Poor fathers and the majority of today's parents share the idea that they value school education, that they appreciate school education, that they can do a better job in the future, and that they teach children a better life for a long time. Rich fathers value useful education, that is not necessarily school education, but also practical education, such as learning financial knowledge online, going to the market to see how a businessman treats people, visiting a wealthy man to ask how he earns money, and so on, and so on.
The money stance of the two dads is quite the opposite. Poor dads think that “wealth is the source of all evil”, that it is better to find a stable, high-paying job, that “work for money”, rich dads think that “poverty is the root of all evils”, that they encourage learning to earn money, that they understand the rules of the money movement, and that “money works for me”.
Poor people see, rich people see, different ideas shape different ways of life, and perceptions affect their children and grandchildren. The same is true for their descendants, so there is the argument that the poor are poorer and the rich are richer.
When I looked at myself, I was a poor person — poor in material terms and poor in thinking. I was taught to study well before I could go to a good university to find a good job — the “poor man's vision” — and I often wondered when life would end in such a monologue, how to get out of the “rat race” trap. The longer I grow, the more mature I am, the more mature I am, and the better I am, the better I am, and the better I am, the better I am, and the better I am, the better I am, the better I am, the better I am, the better I am.
Today's society has the winner. And it's not just about learning, it's about skills, but, above all, a smart mind. So the ideas of rich dads are more enlightening for us in the new era.
I think I need to touch more new things to widen my horizons and increase my dimension; I think I need to think about what is more appropriate for my own development than what I see learning; I think I need to practice to develop personal abilities, not to deny that I can't do it, but to think about how to do it. Not to look at what's in front of me, but to see what's in the long term, to believe in a smart mind, that's not far from living a good life.
There is no doubt that the knowledge taught to Robert by the rich father is the most valuable asset, and the following points can be summarized as worthy of our study:
One dollar buys happiness for the time being, so don't let greed and desire blind your eyes.
Two to be good at thinking.
Overcoming fear and ignorance requires continuous learning and the search for knowledge and information.
To seize the opportunity, to fight life, not to be at the mercy of others.
Five jumps out of comfort zone, dares to take risks.
Six to be a determined man.
Rich dads and poor dads are smart people, but they have very different views of money, finance, occupation, career, and ultimately determine a lifetime of financial problems, while the other leaves behind tens of millions of dollars of wealth.
Poor people have bad habits, and a common bad habit is to “leverage savings”; the rich know that savings can only be used to generate more money rather than to pay bills.
But rich dads think it's typical of physical hard work, lazy head, lack of intellectual control. You have to go to work, always think about your career, and always think about it.
Poor dads are the ones who fear the risks, do things well, do things according to popular thinking, and don't make mistakes. People say, for example, that the "iron job" is good, so they ask their sons to study hard for a "iron job." Or one day they decide to put tens of thousands of dollars in business, but they lose it, and they want to be bitten by a snake and never invest again.
Rich Fathers and Poor Fathers tell us in their books a set of ways to manage money: to divide their own income into several, those with debts can allocate 20 per cent of their income to debt servicing, 10 per cent to banks, and day-to-day consumption can be kept within 70 per cent. People without debts can put more money in banks. This way has the benefits of not affecting your daily life and allowing you to repay your debt unwittingly, while at the same time making your own savings.
Rich dad told us that saving money is not the smartest option. (The money was saved to control spending, and the real purpose was to make you rich to invest.) Financial freedom can be achieved only if money works for you. Investment is a more learned course. Rich dad stressed, among other things, that don't throw your money easily, and as much as possible, don't put your money on something you've never had to touch before.
It is not practical to believe that there is no management concept of money since childhood and that it is good to say that you can manage it when you work. Rich dad has a saying that investment is good, never early, and that people of any age can make their own money. Many say that money is not the most important thing in life. It may be true. But money really affects every important thing — your health, your education, and your quality of life. Money can bring you one of two things: restraint or freedom. Locking you in your work, debt, and sometimes even your relationship with the other half; and, on the other hand, money can give you the freedom to choose the life you want.
It is recalled that in my definition of the distinction between human beings, it can only be divided into three categories: people, people, and talent. People who have a great social impact call people; people who specialize and make certain achievements in a certain field; people who use it in a certain field; and people who use it in a particular field. There is also a description in society, called “slags”, but the name does not come into contact with the other view, in my book, that “rich people do not work for money, but for money to work for themselves.” It is very profound, it is true that people who are rich are in the process of making money and in the process of capital operations. That is why in their interviews (traditional media, new media, and even new media), they often say that they work for the sake of success.
Financial knowledge and understanding of investment are so profound that they are now tired and hard to learn and struggle for a better life for the future!
I don't give a shit about this book when it's popular, because I've always been against it. It's like you should clear it when a housewife's chicken-skin milk is on the market. It's the truth. Now it's the wind, and it's recommended, and I have a reason to look at it. Hey, I didn't think I'd read it again -- it's a gold house book.
Look at the chapter where the rich don't work for money. The title gives me a few questions in my head. In my sense, the rich work for money. But think about it, the world's 500 strong don't work for money.
Well, I can only say that the rich people I know don't qualify as the rich in the real sense. Read the chapter and prove it. The rich people who thought they had several houses in a big company, working for money with fear and greed, could not be free and happy, because they probably don't know what money is; they don't know what assets and liabilities; the assets are what money is in your pocket; the debt is what money is in your pocket; the debt is what money is in your pocket; it's just a life without money; it's a life without money; it's a rat race that controls their thoughts and behaviour, like a donkey; instead of thinking about a long-term solution -- learning financial knowledge, working for themselves. That's what I think the book's about to tell us. It's easy to say. But we're stupid, because 98 per cent of us are donkeys.
Now, the question is, how do you make yourself look like a donkey?
Most people choose to bow to their lives, not to take risks, to live stable lives, and to educate us in society and our parents. I have chosen the challenge of getting out of school, because there is uncertainty and ignorance. Indeed, I haven't been a donkey for a few days, and I can't find a way to work for myself, because I don't know at all. According to the book, money works for you: I don't need to be there, but it's run and managed by others. That sounds great. In the end, I need a system to keep it on track, a system that's competitive and sound management at the core.
But in the bookstore that is popular, it is American writers Robert T. Kiyaki and Sharon L. Lecht who have come to my attention in the book " Rich Dads, Poor Dads ". The book is about new ideas and ideas about the financial aspects of investment, which I would not have been interested in, but whose name has attracted my attention. I think that its name is also of great relevance to its name, and if it were changed to a new concept of investment, it would probably be lost.
The rich father, the poor father, is a true story in which the author's biological father and his friend's father took an interest in understanding money, and eventually accepted the advice of his friend's father, the idea in the book that I should not be a slave to money, that I should work for us, that I should be a successful investor. The book puts forward the idea that “money is an idea” from an individual point of view, analysing the rich as rich and the poor as poor themselves, introducing a completely new concept of “finance” and challenging traditional school education. I am afraid to comment on Mr. Robert's remarks in the book, because I am an outsider in financial terms, but the author's unique way of thinking has given me a unique shock, giving me a fresh look at my life, looking at my education and repositioning my life: I can choose a different life!
As the book says, God has given us two great gifts: ideas and time. But how to make rational use of these two gifts is a major challenge. Most people in school realize that having a college diploma or a good score is far from enough. In the real world outside campus, there are many things that are more important than good scores, and I often hear people call them “sustainability”, “breath”, “smart” and “brilliance.”
So in a new environment, in a new identity, the first thing we have to do is reposition ourselves to assess what works and what does not work. Don't do anything that doesn't work, find something that works, find new ideas, learn time. Only by making good use of time will we be able to learn more and more knowledge in the shortest possible time, and deal with it temporarily when the right time is good. Since “none of the first calfs is afraid of tigers”, why do we have to take the time to do it without the courage to do it? Most of the poor people mentioned in the book have such ideas as: “I can't take risks”, “don't make mistakes”, “don't take risks”, and so on, which is actually a lack of confidence. You know, in the real world, people often rely on courage rather than intelligence to lead others!
Mr. Robert pointed out that one of the most failings in school education is to teach us not to fail, because many people cannot do their limits because they fear failure. In fact, they learn a lot from failure. Success becomes greater when failure becomes smaller. Everyone has the possibility of success. Knowing that “failure is the mother of success”, because every time failure becomes smarter. The authors think that poor people are poor because they lack self-awareness and the power of money is more to control them. They work for money every day without asking themselves what it means. It is usually people who do not believe in their own inner wisdom, but simply follow the tide and the cloud.
I appreciate one of the experiences of rich dads: "Life pushes you around." Life is not driven by the greatness of your people, but by the lack of self-control and discipline on the part of individuals. Those who lack inner tenacity tend to fall victim to those who are very self-restrainted. And ask themselves, who are willing to become the stepping stone on the road to success? So, for those of us who are also absorbing what we know, we have to tell others what you think, and then new ideas and good inspirations are like flash floods.
Since the number of years of working savings still falls short of expectations, and there has been a recent interest in books on finance, it has been hoped that there will be a book that will provide some insight. Poor and Rich Dads are one of the financial books I have bought, and this weekend I have finished reading the dates. The reason for saying the dates is that, in the course of reading, the book is of little practical significance, and there is a huge gap between what I expect.
Ten years have passed since the publication of The Poor and Rich Fathers, who once took the lead in the best-selling books of the leading media in the United States, such as the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. Even at home, some of the ideas mentioned in the book are still popular in people's mouths and have seen the impact of the book.
However, some of the ideas in the book are worth learning, in addition to the disappointment that I am reading after reading the vast amount of discourse that advocates financial freedom to overcome human weaknesses, perhaps because I look forward to finding a way to make a fortune.
First, it is the money traders who determine whether people can move to financial freedom. The idea that we have been taught from childhood is to learn and grow up and find a good job. It turns us into slaves of work and money, and affects life because of a lack of ideas and methods.
Courage, acceptance of change, and creative thinking are essential for financial management. Consumption, obstinate negative thinking, and a lack of self-discipline in lifestyles do not help individuals to seize the opportunities for investment and value-added offered by changing societies.
Finally, it is important to move toward financial freedom. Adding assets requires professionals to do professional work, bankers, accountants, real estate agents, etc. can help save you time and energy, and provide you with professional advice.
In short, the book is an enlightening book, so that the rich and the rich can read it. As for the children who want to get their own investment, the book does not recommend reading it.
