Buying in bitcoin around $8,400. Don't stop/reconciled up to $6,000 in bitcoin. Always take it. If this cow market is like it was in 2017, you can hold $84,000.

瑞波前高管上任币安美国负责人，CEO Brad表示祝贺
事情缘由：币安美国的运营商BAM Trading Services发推正式宣布前瑞波高管Catherine Coley担任CEO，负责币安美国事务。
The reason is that BAM Trading Services, the U.S. operator, officially announced that Catherine Coley, former Rio, was the CEO responsible for the U.S. affairs.
Catherine也发推称：感恩开发了XRP市场和流动性的瑞波团队，感恩加入币安，让交易无处不在。
Catherine also postulates that Thanksgiving has developed the XRP market and mobile Ripo team, and that thanks have joined the currency to make the deal ubiquitous.
瑞波CEO Brad Garlinghouse发推评论到：

Bitfinex向Tether偿还了1亿美金的贷款
美国知名加密货币交易所Bitfinex发推称：
Bitfinex向泰达公司（Tether）偿还了1亿美金的未偿还贷款。
Bitfinex repaid $100 million in outstanding loans to Tether.
注：早先Bitfinex与纽约州检察长办公室（NYAG）办公室的诉讼案中有提及，Bitfinex在2019年初通过信用额度从姐妹公司Tether那借了7亿美元，用于弥补8.5亿美元的漏洞。因为Bitfinex支付处理器Crypto Capital的资金被三个不同国家的当局扣押。
Note: As mentioned in an earlier litigation with the Office of the New York State Attorney General (NYAG), Bitfinex borrowed $700 million in credit lines from sister company Tether in early 2019 to fill a gap of $850 million. Bitfinex’s payment to processor Crypto Capital was seized by authorities in three different countries.
