现场，一心堂药业股份有限公司、云南褚氏农业有限公司、云南玖香等7家受邀农业企业的代表和蚂蚁集团、康链通证、云烁巴克云、云链未来等8家区块链中心入驻企业代表各抒己见，通过“文山三七码”，“咖云链”、“彩云码”，“屏边荔枝追溯解决方案”等一系列“区块链+农业”的应用案例，展示农业的用链上链流程和作用，分析目前区块链应用存在的经验和问题。相关负责人表示，当前可通过物联网、5G、云计算、大数据、区块链等技术的有效结合，解决数字农业发展过程中面临的农产品质量安全、农产品产供销及农业保险信贷等难题，为数字农业“保驾护航”。但项目引进初期一定要厘清商业模式，明确谁投资、谁建设、谁使用、谁运营，解决了什么问题、带来了什么成效等具体情况和指标，通过试点项目的大力引导，培育区块链应用试验场。

“目前，省农业厅已认定了1888个省州县三级的绿色食品品牌重点产业的生产基地，其中包括目前评选出来的连续三年的90家”十大名品“企业，就现在来看，农业的数字化水平还很低。”云南省农业农村厅市场与信息化处处长杨卫平表示，要推广一项新技术，前提是要被使用的人了解，企业应该积极了解区块链技术，根据实际情况建立一个切入点，明确数字化生产怎么推，产业数字化怎么抓，按照“切口小一点，研究深一点，更管用一点”的原则，把农业数字化的工作做好。

云南省发展改革委党组成员、副主任李灿和表示，任何机构要真正做到区块链应用落地和数字变革，首先在观念上得改变升级。作为农业企业来讲，企业管理理念、组织架构也得不断更新，以此适应企业数字化的转型。在这个过程中，区块链技术其不可篡改、可追溯等技术特点，提升品牌公信力；利用得好，还可以提高销量和价值。同时，可以把产供销结合起来，了解整个产业的前端和后端，从而把企业做得更好。希望企业能主动开发市场，主动找应用场景，主动上门解答相关问题，多探讨交流，通过区块链这个新技术工具，为推进云南农业的数字化努力。
