In the early morning news of February 27, Beijing time, the self-proclaimed Bitcoin inventor Craig Wright was charged with fraud of $5 billion worth of encrypted money and other assets from a computer security expert.
怀特在2016年自称以中本聪的化名创造了比特币，但他此次却被控通过假冒合同和签名占有其同事戴夫·克雷曼（Dave Kleiman）挖出的比特币。后者同样是一名加密货币信徒，但已于2013年去世。本案是由克雷曼的兄弟提起的。
In 2016, White claimed to have created Bitcoin under the alias of medium-breathing, but this time he was accused of possessing bitcoin dug up by his colleague Dave Kleiman through false contracts and signatures. The latter, too, is an encoded currency believer who died in 2013. This case was brought up by Clayman's brother.
根据2月14日提交给美国佛罗里达州西棕榈滩联邦法院的诉讼，克雷曼的家人主张对克雷曼生前挖掘的100多万个比特币和开发的区块链技术的所有权，并宣称这些资产的价值超过50亿美元。
Pursuant to a lawsuit filed with the Federal Court of Western Palm Beach, Florida, United States, on 14 February, Clayman's family claimed ownership of more than 1 million bitcoins and developed block chain technology excavated by Clayman and claimed that the value of the assets exceeded $5 billion.
“克雷格伪造了一系列合同，声称将戴夫的资产转移给克雷格和/或他控制的公司。”克雷曼家人的律师在起诉书中写道，“克雷格回溯了这些合同的日期，并伪造了戴夫的签名。”
“Creiger forged a series of contracts claiming that Dave's assets were transferred to Craig and/or to companies under his control.” In the indictment, his lawyer for the Clayman family wrote that “Creg traced back the dates of these contracts and forged Dave's signature”.
怀特是一名居住在伦敦的澳大利亚人，他尚未立刻对此置评。他还被控违反了与克雷曼的合作义务，通过牺牲同事的利益发不义之财。法院文件并未列出怀特的代理律师。
White is an Australian living in London, and he has not yet commented on it. He is also accused of violating his duty to cooperate with Clayman and of making unjust gains at the expense of his colleagues. Court documents do not list White's attorney.
起诉书称，怀特和克雷曼2011年在佛罗里达成立了一家名为W&K Info Defense Research的网络安全公司。他们二人之前还曾共同开发比特币，并且从事了大量挖矿工作。
The indictment states that White and Clayman established a network security company called W&K Info Defense Research in Florida in 2011. Both had previously developed Bitcoin and engaged in extensive mining work.
起诉书显示，在克雷曼去世时，他们二人控制着多达110万个比特币。他们在新加坡、塞舌尔群岛和英国设立了几个信托。
The indictment indicates that at the time of Cremán's death, they controlled up to 1.1 million bitcoins. They established several trusts in Singapore, the Seychelles and the United Kingdom.
怀特在2016年通过博客和采访表示，他是比特币最初的软件开发团队的主要参与者。但在有人质疑他的声明后，怀特决定不再出示更多证据证明自己是比特币的发明人。
White, through his blog and interview in 2016, stated that he was a major participant in Bitcoin’s original software development team. But, after someone questioned his statement, White decided not to produce any more proof that he was the inventor of Bitcoin.
克雷曼的兄弟在起诉文件中包含了他本人与怀特之间的邮件往来，而克莱曼在其中声称，他可能持有克雷曼的30万个比特币。
Cremen's brother included in the prosecution file an exchange of mail between himself and White, in which he claimed that he might hold 300,000 bitcoins from Cremen.

Crayman's brother says, "Dave said you had 1 million bitcoins in the trust, and you said he had 300,000 of them. I counted the other 700,000 for you. Is that it?"

"Something like that." White replied, "Break some of the company's operating needs."
