据了解，此次案例的征集和评选旨在加速推动区块链技术应用落地，促进区块链和经济社会发展深度融合。征集的方向涵盖了创新技术及产品、区块链+实体经济、区块链+民生服务、区块链+智慧城市等多个方向。此外，工信部还下发了《关于组织开展2022年区块链典型应用案例征集工作的通知》，要求申报主体的区块链典型应用案例须落地并取得成效，且应具有较高技术水平、明显的行业或区域特色、成熟的商业模式及较强的代表性、示范性、创新性和可推广性，对相关行业或企业具有较强借鉴意义和推广价值。

据介绍，吉科软公司从2020年开始围绕食品安全、数字农业和乡村振兴战略做出规划部署，综合运用5G、大数据、区块链、物联网、人工智能等技术，在国内首创了农产品和食品“全流程追溯、全流程监管、全流程服务”产业互联网生态链理念和技术；打造了数字种植、智慧养殖、智慧农批、智慧农贸、校园食安、智慧冷链、智慧监管、互联网金融等产品矩阵；构建了农产品和食品从种植养殖、屠宰加工、冷链运输、批发零售到终端消费的全链条闭合追溯体系；保障了从农田到餐桌的“舌尖上的安全”，同时也有效助力了数字产业化和产业数字化深度融合、农业生产经营主体收入和地方经济的发展。
