财联社|区块链日报（杭州，记者 徐赐豪）讯，进入12月份以来，虚拟货币交易平台火币开始发布站内信，提醒中国大陆用户清退账户资产，明确将于12月14日关闭中国大陆用户的充币功能；12月15日禁止中国大陆用户的币币交易功能；12月31日，将下架OTC中的人民币交易。

9月24日，央行首次联合公检法等十部门联合发布《关于进一步防范和处置虚拟货币交易炒作风险的通知》（下称《通知》），再次强调虚拟货币相关业务活动属于非法金融活动，通知中还明确境外虚拟货币交易所通过互联网向我国境内居民提供服务同样属于非法金融活动等。

自《通知》发布以后，包括火币、币安、OKEx等在内纷纷表示将在年底“退出中国大陆市场”。随着清退日期临近，《区块链日报》记者梳理发现，已有15家交易平台宣布退出中国大陆市场，而多家交易所的国内关联公司大多已经注销或拟注销。
Since the issuance of the Circular, there have been indications of “exit” from mainland China at the end of the year, including in the areas of military currency, currency security, and OKEx. 多家交易所的国内关联公司已注销
