跑腿开具、传递材料，垫付大额治疗费用，理赔周期漫长……这是以往投保商业医疗保险常遇到的麻烦事。2021年山东开启全国首个省级医保行业区块链平台建设，打造结算数据“链上授权、链上传递、链上核验”服务模式，患者出院后只需线上一键授权，就可实现多种商业健康险的快速理赔直付。

走进山东物泽生态农业科技公司的大棚基地，蔬菜从投入品管理、种植、采摘、包装到运输、销售，全流程都已实现数字化溯源管理。认证难、管理难，曾让高品质农产品卖不出好价，“有了中国电信潍坊分公司为我们打造的‘区块链+蔬菜’平台，产销全流程实现闭环监控，蔬果有了自己的‘区块链身份’，不愁好产品没人认了。”公司信息化负责人张雨泽介绍。在“区块链+蔬菜”最早试点的韭菜领域，每斤单价已增长200%。

山大地纬创新研究院院长肖宗水介绍，几年前，外界对区块链技术还褒贬不一，济南率先尝试，积极拥抱这一新技术。山大地纬联合济南市大数据局共建“泉城链”，借此实现区块链技术在放管服改革领域的首次试水。截至去年12月底，泉城链“还数于民”的数据已覆盖公安、人社、不动产等40个政府部门，基本实现对济南常住人口及企业的全覆盖，累计开通账户超385万个，授权数据总量超692万个。济宁链、东营链、德州链、聊城链、泰安链等10个城市联盟链也相继完成建设。

据介绍，根据数据使用频度高低，将链上数据“冷热分离”，保证“热数据”调用效率的同时，科学设计“冷数据”存储方案，被认为可有效解决上述问题。山东正推动产学研联合体展开相关研究。“我们结合区块链与跨域数据冗余技术，提出一种基于校验矩阵分区的跨域纠删码修复算法，设计静态与动态结合的低损耗数据完整性校验并行生成方法，构建非中心化存储系统，打造产业比较优势。”浪潮信息存储首席架构师孙斌介绍。借此，区块链可降低存储成本，提高数据传输速度，实现更多应用可能性。
