比特币基金会董事和BTCC联合创始人Bobby Lee发表演讲，他认为比特币和数字货币是未来，政府的监管只会变得更加严格，但是仍旧会继续发展。
Bobby Lee, Director of the Bitcoin Foundation and co-founder of the BTCC, made a presentation in which he believed that Bitcoin and digital currency were the future and that government regulation would only become more stringent but would continue to develop.
