新民晚报讯（记者 杨硕）数字货币交易平台Bitstamp显示，比特币在周三美股午盘（北京时间周四凌晨）急速下跌，跌破了1万美元的整数心理，为2月26日以来首次。
According to Bitstamp, the New People's Evening News (journalist Yang Seok), the digital currency trading platform, Bitstamp, for the first time since 26 February, suffered a sharp fall in Bitcoin on Wednesday's United States dollar luncheon (four a.m. Beijing time).
另据CoinMarketCap.com统计，排名前十大的数字货币基本全线下跌。以太坊、莱特币、瑞波币等主流数字货币均跌幅居前。本周以来，数字货币持续呈现普跌的局面。
Also according to CoinMarketCap.com, the top ten digital currencies have fallen substantially across the line. Key digital currencies such as Etheria, Leitecoin, Riboco, etc. have fallen far ahead.
业界分析指出，此次比特币价格下跌或系受美国证券交易委员会（SEC）言论影响所致，SEC的市场、交易与执法部门日前发布公告，提醒投资者注意数字化资产交易使用的非法平台，暗示SEC对此类交易平台的监管行动趋严。SEC指出许多网上交易的数字资产都是不合规的；加密货币平台提供的证券必须在证监会进行注册；投资者可能在注册的加密货币交易所上有错误推断。
Industry analysis points out that this fall in bitcoin prices or as a result of US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) statements, SEC markets, transactions and law enforcement authorities have issued a recent bulletin alerting investors to the illegal platforms used for digital asset transactions, implying a tightening of SEC regulatory action on platforms for such transactions. SEC points out that many digital assets traded online are not compliant; the securities offered by encrypted money platforms must be registered with SEC; and investors may have erroneous inferences from registered encrypted currency exchanges.
