BI-RADS1级代表阴性结果，未发现异常病变，也就是正常乳腺腺体，BI-RADS一词是美国放射协会乳腺影像报告和数据系统的缩写，临床上的应用主要有超声、钼靶等，分级可从0-6级，具体如下：
Level BI-RADS1 represents negative results and no abnormal pathologies have been detected, i.e. normal mammography. The term BI-RADS is an abbreviation of the United States Radiation Association's mammogram reporting and data system. Clinical applications are mainly ultrasound, musk targets, etc., and can be graded from 0-6 levels, as follows:
一、0级：指评估不完全。
Level I.0: refers to incomplete evaluation.
二、1级：指阴性结果，未发现异常病变，也就是正常乳腺。
Level II.1: Negative results, no abnormal pathologies have been detected, i.e. normal breast.
三、2级：指良性病变，基本排除恶性，定期复查即可。
Levels III and II: refers to positive pathologies that largely exclude malignantness and are subject to periodic review.
四、3级：基本良性病变，一般病变恶性率低于2%，建议定期复查。
Levels IV and III: Basic positive pathologies, with a general rate of malignantness below 2 per cent, are recommended for periodic review.
五、4级：可疑恶性病变，需要医生进行临床干预，一般首先考虑活检。
Levels V and IV: Suspicious malignant pathologies require clinical intervention by a doctor, which is generally considered first.
六、4级：可进一步分为4a、4b、4c三类。
Levels VI and IV: may be further divided into categories 4a, 4b and 4c.
七、5级：恶性可能性≥95%，应采取积极的诊断及处理。
Levels 7 and 5: ~95 per cent of the likelihood of malignantity, which should be actively diagnosed and addressed.
七、6级：已经过活检证实为恶性，但还未进行治疗的病变。
Levels VII and VI: Vigilance has been confirmed as malignant, but treatment has not yet been done.
