usdt和美元有何区别？USDT是中心化的吗？

usdt and the dollar?</p> <p>今天来聊一个17年94事件后，受益最大的币。也是一个不同于其它数字货币的数字货币—稳定币老大（USDT）。说到这我想提一个项目就是bts的智能货币—bitcny，通过铆定bts产生的。wicc的稳定币产出就有借鉴bts的技术。bitcny是真正的去中心化抵押产生的，而usdt是由中心机构发行的。若不是94事件的一刀切，各大交易所为了打擦边球，使稳定币成为出入金的桥梁，usdt很难有如此高的市值。</p><p>Today, we are talking about a 17-year-old 94-year-old currency that has benefited the most from it. It is also a digital currency that is different from other digital currencies – a stable currency boss (USDT). Speaking of this, I would like to mention a project that is the smart currency of bts – bitcny, created by stifling bts. Wicc’s steady currency output is a technology that draws on bts. Bitcny is a real decentralized mortgage, and wedt is issued by central institutions.</p><p>USDT是Tether公司推出的基于稳定价值货币美元（USD）的代币Tether USD（下称USDT），1USDT=1美元，用户可以随时使用USDT与USD进行1：1兑换。Tether公司严格遵守1：1准备金保证，即每发行1个 USDT代币，其银行账户都会有1美元的资金保障。</p><p>USDT is Tether USD (hereinafter USDT), a proxy introduced by Tether based on a stable value currency of the United States dollar (USD), and 1USDT = US$1. Users can use USDT for 1:1 conversion at any time.</p><p>用户可以在Tether平台进行资金查询，以保障透明度。用户可以通过SWIFT电汇美元至Tether公司提供的银行帐户，或通过交易所换取USDT；赎回美元时，反向操作即可。用户也可在交易平台用比特币换取USDT。</p><p>Users can access funds on the Tether platform to ensure transparency. Users can transfer United States dollars through SWIFT to bank accounts provided by Tether, or exchange USDTs through an exchange.</p><p>USDT发行时间是2014年11月，目前发行42亿，随时有继续增发的可能。目前上线205家交易所。USDT的发行和交易使用的是Omni（原Mastercoin）协议，它是一个基于比特币区块链的2.0币种。USDT的交易确认等参数与比特币是一致的。用户可以通过SWIFT电汇美元至Tether公司提供的银行帐户，或通过交易所换取USDT。赎回美元时，反向操作即可。用户也可在交易所用比特币换取USDT。目前在以太坊和波场链上都支持兑换。</p><p>USDT was released in November 2014 and is currently issued at $4.2 billion, with the potential to continue to grow. There are currently 205 online exchanges. USDT distributions and transactions are under the Omni (formerly Mastercoin) agreement, which is a 2.0-currency currency-based Bitcoin block chain. USDT trade confirmation parameters are consistent with Bitcoin. Users can transfer the United States dollar to a bank account provided by Tether, or exchange them for USDT.</p><p>Tether 是去中心化数字货币，作为中心化的质押方存储所有的资产。有以下风险：</p><p>Tether stores all assets in a decentralised digital currency as a centralized pledge. There is a risk that:</p><p>1.公司可能破产；</p><p>The company may become insolvent;</p><p>2.公司开设账户的银行可能破产；</p><p>The bank in which the company has opened an account may be bankrupt;</p><p>3.银行可能冻结资金；</p><p>3. Possible freezing of funds by banks;</p><p>4.公司可能卷款落跑；</p><p>4. The company may run off with money;</p><p>5.重新中心化风险可能让整个系统瘫痪；</p><p>5. The risk of re-centralization could paralyse the entire system;</p><p>我一直认为usdt是币圈最大的雷，曾经我也一度认为稳定币就是个摆设。当然这只是我的看法。由于usdt的波动比较小，所以要炒usdt只能选择大资金量的持有，很显然是不适合小玩家玩的。倒是适合承兑商来做。在这里奉劝大家：炒币有风险，投资需谨慎。</p><p>I always thought that wedt was the biggest ring, and I used to think that stable currency was a setup.
