台湾区块链资深人士罗介良分析称，台湾人对大陆币圈的招数了解的十分透彻。他又以在台湾宣传的ICO项目币必多为例，这一项目刚上线时发动媒体大肆宣传，募集了40亿新台币，但上线不久后就破发，害得许多台湾人当了韭菜。
A senior member of the Taiwan block chain said that the Taiwan people knew everything about the mainland currency ring. 罗介良直言，大陆币圈的套路来来去去就那么几招。首先，初创团队在ICO项目白皮书完成时，用零成本拿到数字货币。然后打着某某资本名头的投资机构进场，用极低的成本价买币，接下来媒体与投资机构合作，宣传ico项目。到了私募轮，直接通过微信和电报群，用10%的价格卖给給代投及私募投资人，资本公司再退场，获利可达10倍以上。
First, the start-up team gets digital money at zero cost when the ICO White Paper is completed. Then comes an investment agency in the name of a capital, buying money at a very low cost, and then the media works with investment agencies to promote the coco project.
对于大陆币圈的招数，罗介良解释的十分清楚。但他毕竟还是台湾人，对大陆币圈的具体情况不够清楚。在读币哥看来，大陆币圈的招数还有很多他不知道的。比如数字币上架交易所，要交巨额的上币费，然后交易所配合项目方拉盘。在投资者买入数字币后，交易所在价格高时拔网线。此外，还有媒体配合项目方或者交易所一起发布利空消息砸盘，庄家即可用低价收拢筹码。在这个利益链条上，庄家获利何止10倍，起码都有1000倍的利润。
For example, when investors buy digital currency, the exchange pulls out the net when the price is high. In addition, when the media collaborates with the project or exchange to deliver the cheap news, the dealer can close the chips at a low price. On this chain of interest, the dealer earns 10 times as much as he earns, at least 1,000 times as much.
知道这些内幕，我们就能理解，为什么台湾的区块链从业者对于大陆币圈项目进军台湾十分担忧。相比起大陆的币圈，现在台湾的区块链产业还没有成型，很容易被负面消息所影响。尤其是台湾的许多立法会委员十分难缠，大陆的项目出了事情，随时可以过档，到时候立法会无法对付大陆的项目，恐怕只能拿台湾的区块链产业从业者出气。如果真的到了这一天，这恐怕就是台湾区块链产业的末日了。
With knowledge of these insiders, we can understand why Taiwan’s block chain operators are worried about moving to Taiwan’s mainland currency ring project. Compared to the mainland currency circle, Taiwan’s block chain industry is not yet in shape, and is easily affected by negative news.
