近日披露的“十四五”规划纲要指出，进一步明确发展云计算、大数据、物联网、工业互联网、区块链、人工智能、虚拟现实和增强现实等七大数字经济重点产业。区块链产业被列为数字经济重点产业，有望迎来发展“加速度”。

Specifically, it states that technological innovations in block chains, such as smart contracts, consensus algorithms, encryption algorithms, distributed systems, are to be promoted, and that the development of block chain service platforms and application programmes in areas such as financial science and technology, supply chain management, and government services are to be focused on the chain of alliances, improving regulatory mechanisms. It also supports the development of innovative coalitions, such as open-source communities of digital technology, improving open-source intellectual property rights and legal systems, and encouraging enterprises to open up software source codes, hardware design and application services.
