The advantage of this method is to be relatively accurate, as it takes into account the contribution of all miners; and the disadvantage is to have a less time-sensitive result, waiting for a certain number of blocks to be generated.

Arithmetic (also known as Hashi rate) is essentially the unit of measure of Bitcoin network processing capacity, specifically, which means that a computer (CPU) calculates the speed of Hashi output. For example, when the network reaches the 10th/s Hashi ratio, it can be calculated 10 trillion times per second. Thus, the size of the whole network depends on the number of miners involved in mining and the capacity of each miner in the network. If there are 100 million miners in the network, the computing power of each miner is 10 T, then the full network capacity is 1 billion T.

In practice, we may also see other different units, such as H/s (a random computer hash collision per second), KH/s (a thousand al-Hah/s=10000H/s). These different units can help us more accurately measure and compare the computing power of different miners.
