为防范化解函证业务舞弊行为导致的金融风险，落实国务院办公厅关于推进银行函证业务规范化、集中化、数字化的工作要求，在原银保监会、财政部指导下，中国银行业协会与中国注册会计师协会共同搭建银行函证区块链服务平台。3年来，平台运行平稳有序，接入机构不断增多，业务规模持续增长，处理效率显著提升，绿色效应逐渐显现，在2024年上市公司审计高峰期间，已成为受业界广泛认可、引领推动高质量数字函证服务发展的坚实力量。详情如下：

二是达到可观机构接入数量。截至2024年5月中旬，平台已对接1200余家机构，其中完成前期开发、测试、评估后正式上线运营的机构544家，包括101家银行业金融机构、443家会计师事务所，基本覆盖主要全国性银行及头部会计师事务所。

三是打造数字函证生态圈。平台已收到商业银行、财务公司、会计师事务所、证券公司、资产评估公司等多类机构的接入申请，围绕函证业务需求不断探索，持续优化服务、引领标准，逐步构建数字函证生态圈。
